PROJECT OVERVIEW

An Exercise in Permanence

Towering 56 storeys into the London skyline, Nova Heights redefines modern mixed-use development at the gateway between the City and the historic Docklands. The project embodies vertical urbanism, combining world-class headquarters office floors, bespoke sky residences, and a multi-level public galleria celebrating contemporary British sculpture and culinary culture.

Architectural Concept & Form

Designed with structural diagrid efficiency, the tower reduces embodied steel and concrete by 30% compared to conventional skyscraper typologies. A triple-glazed crystalline envelope acts as an acoustic and thermal buffer against the bustling metropolis below, while an undulating glazed crown houses London’s highest open-air civic botanical observatory.

Form follows climatic consequence. By treating natural light, prevailing atmospheric currents, and regional materials not as peripheral considerations but as generative structural catalysts, the building achieves an innate sense of belonging.

Environmental & Regenerative Commitments

100% All-Electric Infrastructure

Powered exclusively by certified off-site offshore wind purchase agreements and on-site high-efficiency building envelope systems.

Embodied Carbon Tracking

Constructed using low-carbon Portland cement substitutes and 85% recycled European structural steel.

District Waste Heat Recapture

Server rooms and data infrastructure heat is channeled into residential underfloor heating and domestic hot water loops.
